Hi, my name is Caryl. I was born in Chicago and raised in Los Angeles. I love to bake, knit, go thrifting, design jewelry, make all-natural body care products, take walks on the beach, and make memories with my husband and teenage daughter.

I am a certified Flower Essence Practitioner working with flowers to harness their vibrational energy to promote emotional, mental, and physical healing. When your emotions are balanced you can follow what brings you joy to find your life's purpose.

Flower essences, also called flower remedies, are infusions made from the flowering part of the plant. placed in water and left in the sun. The specific energy, or vibration, of each flower is imprinted within the diluted liquid.

We then use the essence to address specific emotional imbalances and support personal growth. 

Essential oils are the aromatic parts of plants made into a concentrated oil to diffuse, spray, or apply topically to the skin. The fragrance can instantly bring about a change in our bodies and mind.

Gemstones are used to magnify and redirect specific energies to promote healing and balance in the body and mind.

In my Etsy shop, you will find gemstone bracelets, body sprays, gift sets, and kits. Pairing a gemstone bracelet with its coordinating all-natural body spray infused with essential oil and flower essences will increase the desired energy you are seeking. 

I have experienced the rejuvenating and restorative benefits of incorporating gemstones, aromatherapy, and flower therapy into my daily life. Stacking many bracelets together is aesthetically pleasing and gives you the benefit of the specific energy of each stone working harmoniously together.
